UD Water-based Polyurethane Mortar

Application Scope
Used to protect concrete base surfaces, mainly used in food processing plants, beverage workshops, commercial kitchens, wet and dry processing areas, refrigeration and freezing areas, dairy factories, breweries, distillation workshops, laboratories, chemical processing plants, pulp and paper mills, warehouses and storage areas.
Performance Characteristics

- Tolerant to various organic acids, alkalis, amines, salts and solvents.
- The coefficient of thermal expansion is similar to that of concrete. In the normal thermal cycle, there will be no displacement difference between the coating and the concrete substrate, no delamination or cracking, and its physical properties are maintained in the temperature range of -40~120°C. The 9 mm thickness system can withstand high-temperature hot water steam flushing.
