The TTR400 series is a type of thick-coated heavy anti-corrosion floor. It is a decorative floor made on-site with substances such as heavy anti-corrosion resin and fiberglass cloth.

 

It is suitable for the floor decoration in various occasions with chemical corrosion, such as the floors of plants in industries like electroplating, circuit boards, cosmetics, food, medicine, pesticides, fertilizers, feed, etc. It is also widely used in the manufacture of corrosion-resistant containers.

Specification Varieties and Selection

  • There are usually options of one cloth and three oils, two cloths and four oils, and three cloths and five oils. The thicknesses are 2mm, 3mm and 4mm respectively, depending on the flatness of the ground, the use requirements of the site and the wear-resistant life.
  • The surface colors are usually gray and light yellow. The selection of other colors is subject to different restrictions due to corrosion resistance requirements.
