TR3034 Self-Leveling Topcoat

TR3034 topcoat is a type of thick-coated, seamless special floor paint with high abrasion resistance. It has two components, A and B. It can be applied to form a thick coating film at one time and can be prepared in any color according to customer needs. It is suitable for ground surface decoration in various occasions with the temperature below 15℃.

Epoxy primer and putty surface; Cement mortar surface; Lime wall surface; Wooden surface; Metal surface.

Base Surface Treatment Requirements

  1. The base surface should be dry and free of moisture, with a humidity of less than 6%.
  2. The base surface should be firm, free of hollowing, cracks and powdering phenomena.
  3. Free of oil stains and other dirt.

Recommended Application Method

  1. Construction method: Roller coating or brush coating. Paint consumption per coat: 0.125 kilograms per square meter.
  2. In component A, add the corresponding amount of component B as required by the ratio and mix evenly.
  3. Construction is best carried out at a temperature above 10℃ and a humidity below 80% RH.
  4. The ingredients mixed at one time should be used up as soon as possible. The storage time should not be too long. Otherwise, the viscosity will increase until it solidifies and hardens, making it unusable.
  5. Re-coating time: At least 2 hours.
  6. After the daily work is completed, use organic solvents to clean all tools and equipment.

Packaging and Storage

TR2034A is 30KG/barrel and TR2034B is 15KG/barrel.

 

Store in a cool, ventilated place and seal it. The shelf life is 6 months. Seal it immediately after opening for use. Beyond the shelf life, if it can be stirred evenly, a small amount of testing can be carried out to confirm whether it can be used.

Health and Safety Matters

  • The construction site should be kept clean and well-ventilated. Exhaust equipment must be installed if necessary.
  • Wear protective gloves during operation. It is best to add rubber gloves on the outside of cotton gloves.
  • Contact with the human body should be avoided as much as possible. If it accidentally splashes on the skin, remove it with a cloth as soon as possible, and then wash it clean with soap and tap water. If allergic reactions are found, a doctor should be consulted for examination and treatment. If it accidentally splashes into the eyes, rinse with 0.9% sterile saline for more than 15 minutes and consult a doctor for examination and treatment.
  • The spilled paint can be removed with a cloth or adsorbed with sand. Acetone or butanone is preferred for cleaning, and then wash it clean with soap and tap water.
  • The dried product is insoluble in water and organic solvents. When discarding, it should be treated in accordance with the requirements of the local environmental protection department.
