The TTR700 series is a new type of building material specifically used to strengthen the surface of concrete, mainly including quartz sand, mineral aggregates and metal aggregates.

Recommended Construction Process

Please refer to the construction guide for details

  1. When the concrete is 50-60% dry before the initial setting, spread the aggregates twice. The dosage is 4-6KG/square meter.
  2. Compact and roughen with a polishing machine.
  3. After the initial setting, smooth with a troweling machine once.
  4. Check the flatness after troweling.
  5. Add materials to the low-lying areas, then compact, roughen and trowel.
  6. Before the final setting, polish with a polishing machine.
  7. After 12 hours, use TTR7030 curing agent or sprinkle water for curing. The curing period is at least 14 days.
     

Packaging and Storage

25 liters/bag or as required, sealed bag packaging, stored in a dry place, and the shelf life is three months.

Safety Guide

TTR 700 is powder. Some protective measures must be taken to prevent the product from flying. Masks should be worn to avoid inhalation.
