TTR566 Series Waterborne Floor

The TTR566 series is a type of seamless and environmentally friendly floor with a thin surface coating. It is a decorative floor made on-site with substances such as waterborne resin paint and quartz sand.

 

It is mainly used for the floor decoration of industrial plants, such as the plants in industries like electronics, electrical appliances, precision instruments, textile and clothing, printing, packaging, food, and medicine.

  1. Seamless floor as a whole, beautiful and easy to clean.
  2. Healthy and environmentally friendly.
  3. Suitable for the ground floor and base surfaces with a small amount of moisture for coating.
  4. Resistant to water and detergents.
  5. The wear-resistant life of 0.5mm is more than 3 years.

Specification Varieties

The thickness is usually 0.5mm, 1mm, and 2mm, depending on the flatness of the ground, the use requirements of the site and the wear-resistant life. The surface colors are usually green, blue and gray. Other colors can be customized according to customer needs.

Base Surface Treatment Requirements

  1. The base surface is required to be solid, free of hollowing, cracks and chalking.
  2. No oil stains or other dirt.

  1. Base surface treatment.
  2. Waterborne bottom coating.
  3. Scraping waterborne mortar layer.
  4. Scraping waterborne putty layer.
  5. Waterborne surface coating.
  6. Waterborne varnish coating.

Precautions for Use and Maintenance

  • People can walk on the floor 24 hours after completion, and vehicles can pass after 3 days.
  • It is recommended to wear soft-soled shoes during use to avoid scratching and impacting the surface with sharp objects.
  • When full-load forklifts are running on it, avoid emergency braking and sudden starting.
  • Keep the floor swept and clean as usual. When various chemicals are splashed on it, it is best to clean it up immediately.
