Solvent-free Epoxy Mid-coat

The solvent-free mortar paint is a two-component, solvent-free and thickly coatable floor coating. Used in conjunction with the sealing primer, it can be used for caulking and filling, intermediate putty (with powder), and intermediate mortar paint (with quartz sand) construction.

Application Scope

Ground systems with high anti-corrosion performance requirements such as electroplating plants, battery factories, chemical plants, electrolytic cells, pharmaceutical factories, laboratories, and auto parts factories.

 

Suitable for use as a paint binder in the intermediate coating layer, leveling layer and mortar layer in the floor coating system.

Performance Characteristics

  1. High adhesion to the substrate and primer;
  2. High compressive strength as the mortar binder;
  3. High adhesion to the epoxy topcoat.
