The product is simple to construct and can be applied by roller coating or scraping.

Application Scope

Used to protect the concrete base surface, mainly in food processing plants, beverage workshops, commercial kitchens, wet and dry processing areas, refrigeration and freezing areas, dairy factories, breweries, distillation workshops, laboratories, chemical processing plants, pulp and paper mills, warehouses and storage areas.

Performance Characteristics

  1. Green and environmentally friendly, extremely low VOC, free of heavy metals, no peculiar smell during use, meeting the requirements of food hygiene quality.
  2. It has a matte and smooth aggregate texture surface, which is beautiful and anti-slip; antibacterial and bacteriostatic; easy to clean and maintain.
  3. The chemical hybridization and compounding between high-performance polyurethane and high-strength cement silica sand result in a coating that is resistant to damage and has toughness when impacted/deformed, without causing cracks or delamination.
  4. It can tolerate various organic acids, alkalis, amines, salts and solvents.
  5. The coefficient of thermal expansion is similar to that of concrete. During normal thermal cycling, there will be no displacement difference between the coating and the concrete base, no delamination or cracking, and it maintains its physical properties within the temperature range of -40℃ to 120℃.
  6. The curing speed is fast and the construction period is short. During construction, it is necessary to plan the operation zones in advance and arrange the connection of processes reasonably to form an efficient construction flow rhythm.
